About Us
GDPL is a Western Australian building and construction company founded on the opportunity to better serve our clients across metropolitan and regional areas of WA.
We provide a robust project and construction management skillset in the execution of works for our clients, and have an established team of industry professionals who are extremely capable in all aspects of project delivery.
Having such a broad backgrounded team of industry professionals at GDPL, we are able to cater for a range of markets; from the Perth residential building sector right through to major mining and oil & gas works.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
People requiring high physical support needs require specialised housing options, including assistance with the delivery of their support. These type of purpose built accomodations are referred to as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We are a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)Provider under NDIS. We offer newly purpose-built dwellings to enable people with disabilities to live more independently with the necessary care in more practical, beautiful and enjoyable living environment.
Under NDIS newly built SDA are divided into different design categories.
Improved Liveability
- Liveable Housing Australia ‘Silver Level’
- Housing that has been designed to improve ‘liveability’ by incorporating a reasonable level of physical access and enhanced provision for people with sensory, intellectual or cognitive impairment.
Fully Accessible
- Liveable Housing Australia ‘Platinum’ level
- Housing that has been designed to incorporate a high level of physical access provision for people with significant physical impairment.
High Physical Support
- Liveable Housing Australia ‘Platinum’ level
- Housing that has been designed to incorporate a high level of physical access provision for people with significant physical impairment and requiring very high levels of support.
Some of the features included in SDA dwellings to optimise the independence of participants are:

- Smart home devices and automation
- On-site assistance rooms
- Ceiling hoist provisions
- Wheelchair accessible
- Accessible toilet
- Height adjustable kitchen appliances
- Optional features and tailor-made design can be incorporated to meet specific needs and personal preferences of participants.
